Perranarworthal Handbell Ringers are based at St Piran’s church. They were formed in 1998 from members of the congregation.

At present we have twelve members, four of whom are are founder members.

We entertain at care homes and other social groups, and on special occasions in Church.

We have also organised workshops in schools.

We are members of The Hand bell Ringers of Great Britain, and have hosted rallies for teams from Cornwall and Devon at the Perranwell Centre.

Our claim to fame is that we recorded for two tracks with Gareth Malone for his 2017 Christmas Album.

Now that the pandemic restrictions have been lifted, we have begun practicing again. Sessions are in the Church Hall on Monday mornings at 10.30 am.
